These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and 55com ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://55com.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the 55com platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall bear the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Member on the 55com platform.
• "Balance" means the total IDR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by 55com to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole transactional currency of the 55com platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 55com prior to enabling full withdrawal access.
• "Platform" means the 55com website, mobile web interface, and all associated products including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered thereon.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction where accessing, registering with, or using the 55com platform is prohibited under local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified at the time of the relevant offer.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary operating time zone of 55com's support and operations teams.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 55com platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 55com strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with our Responsible Gaming obligations. Evidence of age will be requested during the KYC process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 55com platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a 55com employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the 55com platform or had an account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 55com products and services, you must create a Member Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Each Member is entitled to hold one Account only. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
• You must notify 55com support immediately — via email at [email protected] — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 55com reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account registration does not constitute acceptance of liability by 55com for any losses incurred prior to full KYC verification being completed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

55com is required by its international licensing authority to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all Members. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

The following documents are required for full KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address: A recent bank statement (issued within the last 90 days) or utility bill clearly showing your full name and current address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your government-issued photo ID, taken in good lighting.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri internet banking profile page).

KYC documents are processed within 1–24 hours of submission. 55com reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including at the point of a large withdrawal or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

Deposits

55com accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively via the following approved payment channels:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 55com does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made outside banking hours may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods.
• 55com reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Member's own payment account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements having been met.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 for bank transfers; Rp 50.000 for e-wallets.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawal fees: 55com does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in the Member's own name. 55com will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets under any circumstances.
• 55com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. This may extend processing times by up to 72 hours.
• Where a Member has received a Bonus, withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 55com reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal and undertake additional KYC checks if fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

55com offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, together with the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Welcome Bonus: New Members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus of up to Rp 1.500.000, subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered within 14 days of activation or it will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports bets contribute 10% towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, payment method, or device.
• 55com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or collusion is identified.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity, unless the Member selects otherwise in their account settings.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus(es) voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.
• 55com is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any particular Member, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game sessions on the 55com platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules communicated within the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 55com will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances set out in the applicable sport or game rules.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or voided prior to completion, 55com's settlement rules for that event type will apply. In most cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes (including technical errors), 55com reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Members.
• 55com's sports betting product covers markets including Asian handicap (voor bola as it is locally known), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay (accumulator), and in-play betting. All markets are subject to their respective rules as displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per product category. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.
• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, togel draws) are governed by certified random number generation systems. All outcomes are independently audited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55com platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or financing of any kind.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geo-restrictions.
• Sharing access to your Account with any third party, or allowing another person to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes in relation to deposits made to 55com.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 55com platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game engines, data feeds, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 55com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the express prior written consent of 55com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 55com platform.

• 55com's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 55com is not liable for any loss resulting from a Member's failure to secure their login credentials, or from any unauthorised access to an Account where such access resulted from the Member's own negligence.
• 55com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 55com expressly does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Members in the normal course of play.

Privacy & Data Protection

55com collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

All personal data is stored with AES-256 encryption. All connections to the 55com platform are secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. 55com will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by our licensing authority, applicable law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

55com is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Restrict the amount of time you can spend on the platform in a single session or over a defined period.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 90 days). During a cool-off period, your Account is locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 55com platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration chosen.

Amendments to These Terms

55com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 55com platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments in full. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55com holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in 55com's jurisdiction of incorporation. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction for dispute resolution purposes.
